Recovering your account

For this password account, access to your verified email lets you choose a new password. That ends earlier sessions.

Lost your password and your email?

There is no discretionary staff override. A payment receipt, familiar name or request to support does not prove ownership. Losing every valid way to recover can make account administration unrecoverable.

Support cannot restore your device conversations. Those need their own library backup on the device that holds them.

A service account, an instance’s local emergency kit and a device conversation backup serve different purposes. This account does not replace the other two.
